Join us in celebrating Phillip Swan’s 15 years of leadership with NEWVoices immediately following the concert, Unexpected News: My Personal Journey with Parkinson’s Disease, at approximately 9:00PM on October 25! This FREE event will be held in Harper Hall Lobby, which is adjacent to Lawrence Memorial Chapel and will include desserts from Manderfield’s Home Bakery, wine, champagne, sparkling water, raffle baskets, and a special performance dedicated to Phillip Swan by singers of NEWVoices. This is sure to be a festive and heart-warming event in support of the legacy that Phillip Swan is building with a newly created SwanSongS Fund.

What is the SwanSongS Fund? Phillip Swan has long desired to begin a composition competition for NEWVoices. This competition will be an opportunity for composers throughout the world to be awarded, through a competitive process, a fee and concert premiere of their composition at a future NEWVoices concert. This competition will not only bring recognition and deserved performances of living choral composers’ works, but also shine a light on NEWVoices’ excellence globally.

All money raised during this celebratory event will be put into the SwanSongS Fund so that we may begin this competition and create a long-lasting legacy for Phillip Swan and NEWVoices!

We kindly ask you to RSVP to this FREE event in order to properly prepare for the evening’s festivities. Please register at the link below.

Can’t join us for the celebration, but would like to give to the SwanSongS Fund?
